Angela Mitchell will return to the Akron Symphony to serve as host and song leader for a pair of concerts entitled "Link Up: The Orchestra Rocks." In partnership with Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute, Link Up pairs orchestras across the country with schools in their local communities. It’s a highly participatory program that invites students to learn about orchestral repertoire through a yearlong, hands-on music curriculum.

There are two performances on March 21, 2017, both at the Akron Civic Theatre, at 9:45 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. For more information click here.
